I'm grateful to have the opportunity to run for a seat on Catalina Foothills School District's Governing Board.
I’m a district mom, a dedicated school volunteer, and a marketing professional. I'm naturally a collaborator, a communicator, and an inspirational leader.
During my career, I've held marketing leadership roles with global brand leaders like Hewlett Packard and GE Healthcare. I’ve also dedicated my volunteer time to our CFSD schools, including 13 years in classrooms and on campus, and 4 years as President and Past President of Orange Grove's FFO (Family Faculty Organization).
I’m running for CFSD’s Governing Board because I believe every student deserves an equal opportunity to thrive - regardless of race or ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation, zip code, or physical or academic ability. My goal as a future school board member is to help foster an inclusive environment in each of our schools - an environment where every student, every parent, every teacher, every aide, and every staff member feels seen, heard, and engaged.

As an elected, non-partisan member of CFSD's Governing Board, I will work closely with my colleagues on the Board, the administration and teachers, and parents and community members to deliver on my commitments to you.
Advocate for more mental health support for our students and faculty
Engage our community to understand what additional support we need, and identifying specific ways to deliver that support
Foster an inclusive environment where every student has an equal opportunity to thrive
Regardless of race or ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation, zipcode, physical or academic ability
Renew and strengthen the relationship between the Board and parents
Actively listening to parents' concerns, making objective and informed decisions, and leading with empathy
I'm proud of the many contributions I've made to our CFSD schools
Over the past 13 years, my willingness to step up and show up for our children, teachers, and community has made a substantive, positive difference.

Championed Safe Routes to Schools, co-leading a grassroots effort that resulted in Pima County creating paved sidewalks to Manzanita Elementary

As FFO President, led our FFO in transforming Orange Grove's annual Pick Up and UnPack event, introducing a series of parent education events, significantly expanding our base of volunteers, and exceeding our fundraising targets year after year
