Jeanne Casteen, executive director of Secular AZ, invited us and our opponents to attend the forum: "We want to provide you with a chance to share your vision for the public schools in your community, and how you will uphold your oath to the Constitution."

Over the course of 90 minutes, we spoke with Jeanne about a variety of topics. These included our perspectives on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), programming and policy, school safety, the role of religion in public schools, legislation, standardized testing, and more.

Listeners also had the opportunity to learn more about our individual views, our belief in making independent fact-based decisions, and our shared belief in the remit of school board members: To create the environment for every one of CFSD's 5,400 students to thrive.
